Bulletproof

The first thing that should be said about Bulletproof is that you shouldn’t go expecting an elaborate, big-budget spy thriller porn film, despite its cover. It is very much an amateur-themed film. It is also composed of only two-three prolonged scenes, rather than a host of different scenarios, actors and sets.

This is not to say that this in any way detracts from the quality of the film – it’s just important you’re not confused by its packaging. Instead, what you can expect is something more in the vein of studios like Amateur Straight Guys. The usual fixtures are there to accompany the hot straight guys doing ‘not so straight’ things: the porn to keep them in the mood, the commentator behind the camera acting as part voyeur-part director – you know the brief.

So where does the military theme come in, you ask? These are all servicemen, of course, and they’ve come to present arms for director Dink Flamingo. This is, after all, what Active Duty is known for.

This particular film centers on new recruit Cooper, and what a fine recruit he is. Complete with the army-trained body, masculine ‘tude and a very thick cock (or “100 pounds of force” as one partner refers to it as), he certainly fits the bill. He’s also got a tattoo-emblazoned pec, which seems to be a staple of military service these days.

Now that we’re sure he looks the part, what can we say of his ‘service’ in this film? First up he’s partnered with Spencer, who apparently has experience in this whole ‘converting army guys’ thing. Which seems true given good ol’ Coop has whipped out that monster within the first few minutes.

With our deep-voiced voyeur/cameraman off-set for the time being, it’s up to Spencer to guide our new recruit through the ‘ins and outs’ of his new assignment. First off he gets him to try giving some head with the promise that he’ll ‘return the favor’, which he does with great difficulty given the size of Cooper’s weapon.

When it comes to anal though, Spencer gets his revenge by pounding Cooper’s big toned ass for the first time. After a considerate easing-into of the process, it’s game on and Cooper absolutely eats it up. “Harder, harder, that’s it” he cries while being fucked on his back. I think this guy just found his calling.

It’s actually quite a cool contrast seeing a guy that’s weedy in comparison to the massively muscled recruit, fucking him hard till he cums all over himself. The weird power-play dynamics make it a fun watch.

If it’s diversity you’re after, Bulletproof is not for you, but if it’s hot servicemen in extended action you’re keen on, you’ve found your film. In a way it’s a refreshing change to see a film based on presenting full-length scenes, and viewers should find it an interesting and different approach as well. If you get annoyed with fast editing and quick scene turnovers, and prefer to get really involved with a scene and watch the interaction evolve, Bulletproof is a tour of duty you should invest in.
